Struggling with focus, when you’re switched on? Modern life is busy, and digitally demanding lives can sometimes be distracting. Mindfulness meditation will help you improve your concentration.

Neurological research has found that meditating regularly, even for short periods of time can have mental and physical health benefits. Mindfulness is used to help reduce stress and anxiety: two big barriers to concentration.

Dr Candace Chang, is an expert practitioner of Mindfulness. She combines a knowledge of traditional eastern breathing techniques, with current western digital trends. This course will help you to apply simple, everyday exercises for busy modern lives.
