This Mindfulness Training Course, has been designed to promote the development of mindful awareness in younger children. It is specifically tailored towards children aged 6 to 10 years. Learn how to utilize mindfulness to enhance learning, develop and improve clarity of mind, from a young age, in a fun and effective way.

The teacher guiding you through this course, is Karen E Wells an established therapist & tutor with year’s of experience at successfully helping thousands of clients and students to move forward in life. She is a member of The Newton Institute training team in California & Europe and established The KEW Training Academy Ltd.

This course is intended for parents, child carers and teachers who want to incorporate mindfulness practices into their children's lives and teach them how to approach all areas of life with enthusiasm. Children can learn to live in the present and no longer worry about the future or feel anxious about the past.
