An innovative Boxing course and training program, tailored specifically to improve fitness-specific competency. Use boxing to increase metabolic rate, decrease abdominal fat and improve fat oxidation. It offers a detailed fitness plan including strength, cardio and boxing techniques and enables you to achieve a new level of muscular strength, endurance and power.

Jen Puzio is a NASM certified personal trainer. As a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, she has a B.S. in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training and experience working with athletes of all ages caring for and preventing injuries. She also has a B.S. from Frostburg State University where she studied Health and Physical Education Teaching and has teaching and coaching experience at levels K-12.

This course is ideal for complete beginners to more advanced boxers who are interested in improving their fitness levels. This course will allow you to boost your fitness, strength, agility, power and cardio endurance in a fun and unique way. If you want to develop your boxing skills and learn how you can use boxing for your strength and fitness, than this course is for you.
