Olivia has been training private and public sector staff in communication skills since 2001. She uses researched based models and is also developing her own training such as ‘communicating with C.A.R.E.’
She has focused her training in the area of Dementia becoming a member of the research teams with Surrey and Chester University.
Another area of interest and development has been mindfulness training, seeing the positive results this training has had on staff.
