This course will teach you about the benefits of a raw food diet and follows a four week guide to help you transform your lifestyle, improve your health and adapt to the raw food life. A raw food diet consists of unprocessed, unrefined foods that are generally not heated above 44C or 115F. The precious life force and enzymes of the food remain intact, and these little beauties are the secret to good health and vitality!

Amanda is a qualified Raw Food Chef, Teacher and Coach, and is a member of the International Association of Raw Food Coaches and Teachers. She wants to share the power of raw food by teaching and inspiring others to heal their bodies, and live happier lives with a raw food lifestyle.
