Michelle Vina-Baltsas has been a Food & Body Relationship for over five years working with people who struggle in their relationships with food. She is a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She struggled for decades with her food and body image and after yo-yo dieting for decades and overcoming an eating disorder, finally discovered the peace and freedom she never thought was possible.
Her specialty is helping people to heal their relationships with food and negative body image using a revolutionary eating philosophy called Intuitive Eating which was developed in the 1990’s by two now renowned dieticians. Michelle had always been interested in nutrition but was more fascinated by the behaviors that drove people away from proper nutrition and having peace around food due to eating difficulties like emotional, binge eating, food guilt and shame.
Michelle is a sought-after speaker for online summits and podcasts and enjoys coaching people all around the world on Intuitive Eating with 1:1 coaching and group coaching.
