Matt Williams - Behavior Change Expert and BML Co-Founder

Hi all – I’m a trainer, program developer and author with a specific interest in health related behaviour change. Most of the work I do in this area involves training people how to interpret and influence change.

I think people fail to make health related changes because they struggle with consistency. Coping with the peaks and troughs of motivation can be tough and a little confusing. By learning to interpret what’s happening in these moments you can learn to influence outcomes. Once you know what’s happening it becomes a lot clearer.


Jess Moulds - Registered Dietitian, Master of Dietetics & Sports Dietitian

My approach is about giving practical advice to create realistic lifestyle changes that last a lifetime. As a registered dietitian, my passion is to help each of you reach your nutrition goals without feeling deprived of your favourite food, because I know my life would not be the same without custard squares!

Having completed a Masters in Dietetics, working in a high performance sporting environment and researching many different diets, I truly believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ answer. It is my passion to help you find a way of eating that gives you energy and makes you feel awesome inside and out.


Paul Stead - Exercise Expert & Personal Trainer

With over 15 years of experience in the health and fitness industry I take great pleasure in helping people achieve exceptional results, both physically and mentally. I'm a strong believer in the BML Fitness Philosophy of building habits rather than following standalone exercise and nutrition programs.

To succeed in achieving life-changing results I believe we must build healthy habits and ingrain them into our daily routine. In order to truly make changes it is important to have a clear understanding of exercise and nutrition as well as a solid direction, plan and end-goal. BML Fitness caters all of the above as demonstrated by our many happy, fulfilled customers.


Anthony Patrickson - Lifestyle Advisor and BML Co-Founder

I'm a health and fitness advocate with a passion for writing and producing content. As you move through your BML 9 Week Challenge I'll be right there with you offering handy lifestyle tips and healthy life hacks to make your transition into the new you, even easier.

As a Sports Science + English Lit graduate (Orinally from the UK) I have travelled for many years before settling in stunning New Zealand. Amongst other ventures I have been a writer for a multitude of publications including Sky Sports magazine.


Cassandra Brewer - Health & ​​Nutritional Advisor

I'm a passionate Foodie and have spent 14 years cooking my way through many culinary disciplines as a qualified Chef. After learning a multitude of cooking techniques and navigating my way through food fashions it is my privilege to inspire and educate you. I believe kitchen confidence and a love of good cooking is paramount for optimal health.

I keep busy working closely with Holistic Health professionals and am currently producing a TV show, airing soon. So watch this space.
